chalk works and is bounded by a nature reserve. It's location
means that there is no through traffic and ensures that future
development is unlikley. There are a mix of properties from
one bedroom flats and starter homes to four bedroom detached
properties. House buyers and renters can expect to pay a small
premium for a property here. Contrary to popular belief
Badgers Dene is not part of Chafford Hundred!
The local authority for the area is Thurrock Council a
unitary authority. Badgers Dene is in the Grays
Riverside ward.
